5. Fees
Certain services may be subject to fees.
You agree that:
Fees will be displayed before confirmation of transactions
Payslix may update fees at any time with reasonable notice
Transaction fees are non-refundable once processed
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Payslix for:
Illegal activities
Fraud or money laundering
Financing terrorism
Unauthorized access or hacking attempts
Abuse of APIs or infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating these rules.
7. Compliance and Verification (KYC/AML)
Payslix may require identity verification to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Protecting their devices

11. API Usage
If you use Payslix APIs:

Use APIs only as documented
Not abuse or overload the system
Not attempt to bypass rate limits

12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Payslix or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy or reproduce the platform
Reverse engineer the system
Use branding without permission
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
These Terms are violated
Fraud or illegal activity is suspected
Required verification is not completed
Users may close their account at any time, subject to settlement of outstanding balances.
14. Limitation of Liability

Payslix shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business
Service interruptions beyond our control
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

We do not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices or systems

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to Terms
